Residents and non-residents face different rules.

We handle the complexity so you don’t have to worry about compliance or missed deadlines.

Spanish tax residents must file an annual income tax return (IRPF) by 25 June. Non-residents with property in Spain also have annual filing obligations — including deemed rental income tax if the property sits empty.

Selling assets in Spain triggers substantial tax obligations. We calculate your exposure in advance and advise on legal structures to manage your liability.
